Four complete original LPs recorded by Memphis born trumpeter Booker Little as a leader. A phenomenal player who died tragically at the age of twenty-three on October 5, 1961, he appeared on many recordings in his short career, both as a sideman and as a leader. He performed with Max Roach, John Coltrane, and Eric Dolphy, and was strongly influenced by Sonny Rollins, and fellow trumpeter Clifford Brown.
