Description
Steve Day's incisive poetry and engaging vocal delivery are accompanied by a sophisticated and sensitive improvising ensemble who seem attuned to every nuance of the texts as they create their atmospheric soundtrack. Following the initial live recordings, producer Martin Archer added to and reshaped the music, creating arrangements and bringing in star soloist Charlotte Keefe to add some further sparks.
