Since signing with HighTone Records in 1998, the Hot Club Of Cowtown has grown from a group of virtuoso players to a group of virtuoso singer/songwriters that still play the hell out of their instruments.

While their last release Ghost Train (HCD8147) focused more on the band's songwriting abilities, Continental Stomp is mainly a live treat for the fans, from a show at the Continental Club in Austin, Texas.
Featuring 14 tracks (hidden track, "Pussy, Pussy, Pussy"), the album delivers 13 favourite hot jazz and Western swing standards plus a bonus studio track, "I Can't Believe You're In Love With Me", that the band recorded just for this release. -
