Oasis is a trailblazing output across the 1970s and '80s. Widely regarded as the architect of theMunich disco sound, Moroder transformed popular music with his fusion of driving synths andinfectious dance rhythms.The set brings together key solo tracks, including the anthemic 'From Here To Eternity,' alongside landmarkproductions such as Sparks's 'Beat The Clock' and Donna Summer's 'Lady Of The Night'. It also features dancefloor classics and soundtrack highlights, including 'Lady Lady' from the 1983 film Flashdance.As the producer behind Donna Summer's rise to global stardom, Moroder pioneered the use of sequencers andsynthesizers, laying the foundations for electronic dance music. Much of this music was created at Munich's Musicland Studios, Moroder's creative hub.
