With a long gig list on their website ranging from small folk clubs to the largest of folk festivals and most things in between, it has been hard to miss the Askew Sisters this past year.
As more and more young people adopt the mantle of traditional music, it is wonderful to see how they treat the material with respect and are prepared to put in hard work, researching and collating songs and tunes.
