    A collection of songs played and sung by Chet Baker between 1953 and 1956 starting from "My funny Valentine" written by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart and released for the first time in 1937. Sweet and sensual music that continue on other tracks: this record it's the better collection to discover Chet Baker known for major innovations in cool jazz that led him to be nicknamed the "Prince of Cool".

    This release is part of the New Ermitage collection available from January 2024: 18 jazz and soul titles reissued on yellow vinyl with new codes and renewed graphics.
