Electric Trip is the third album from Trace Elements, a project conceived by jazz pianist Paolo di Sabatino. Produced by the label Nicolosi Productions, the album is a recording of the Electric Trip live tour that started in April, 2016 in the city of Teramo. The album features Paolo di Sabatino, Dennis Chambers and Christian Galvez. This album is the natural development of the former, Electric Job (considered by Jazzit Award as among the 100 best albums of 2015), but with a new song (Galvez) and a different line-up: Dennis Chambers on drums, Christian Galvez on bass and Palo Di Sabatino Fender Rhodes. The Trace Elements project is characterized by compositional freshness and vibrancy and interplay of solo moments that never leave out virtuosity and groove and fully reflect the harmony of the three musicians.
