They spotlight poetic and virtuosic pieces by Schubert, Frohlich, and Moscheles--works of great emotional and historical depth.

    The programme opens with Schubert's Divertissement D 823, where French elegance meets Romantic expressiveness, followed by the sparkling Polonaise D 599/4. Frohlich's Three Fugues Op. 12 blend Bachian counterpoint with Romantic intensity, while Moscheles' rarely heard Grande Sonate symphonique Op. 112 closes the album with symphonic breadth and drama.

    Soos and Haag shape these rediscovered works with tonal refinement, structural clarity, and interpretative insight--offering a fresh perspective on the richness of the four-hand piano tradition.
