Description
Johan Duijck reveals an artistic versatility as a choir conductor, composer, pianist and teacher. He has become internationally renowned as director of the Flemish Radio Choir, the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields Chorus, the World Youth Choir and the Ghent Madrigal Choir.
As a composer Johan Duijck concentrates on choral, piano, organ and chamber music and this new recording 'L'Homme Desarme' features a number of his choral and chamber works along with 'Laudes organi' for organ.
Performed by a number of soloists and the Flemish Radio Choir, this is a wonderful introduction to his music, conducted by the composer himself.
