John Lindberg is one of the most influential modern bass players today. Besides being member of several jazz groups like the String Trio Of New York, John is an in demand teacher as well. WINTER BIRDS is the fourth release on Between The Lines, recorded with the collaboration of an All-Star line-up.
Baikida Carroll is a trumpet player without any limitations, be it stylistic or technical: he performed with Dr. John but also with Anthony Braxton. Susie Ibarra is a huge talent (several awards for "Best Drummer" in US magazines) and today is regular member of several groups, and one of the favourite drummers of John Zorn. -
