The Seldom Scene formed in 1971 as a group of friends who had no plans of touring, no plans of becoming wildly popular, and no plans of changing the face of Bluegrass music. Luckily, it all happened regardless. Taken from their early, and now classic, Rebel recordings, this compilation showcases the original band at its peak.
