SPLEEN - Rock band hailing from Florence, Italy, settled
in 2019 as "Big Breast On Fat Boys" by Samuele Riccucci (guitar
and vocals) and Matteo Innocenti (drums). The first live
show is dated June 2022. In March 2023 the two
decided to add a second guitar and Olmo Fantini joins the
band and made his debut on stage
on March 8, 2023 at the Combo Social Club in Florence.
With the 3 - piece line up they played
for the last time as "Big Breast on Fat Boys" at the C
SA Polveriera in Florence on December 9, 2023,
enjoying considerable success.
Stuck in the name "Big Breast on Fat Boys" which no longer reflects their
musical and creative needs, they decided
to change the name to "Spleen", emblematic of their move to darker and more refined sounds, still maintaining the
ir dirty and aggressive character
