Description
UK indie legends Spearmint re-unite with producer John Etkin-Bell for new album 'It's Time To Vanish'. John produced the band's classic 'Sweeping The Nation' and when they last worked together in 2000 they parted on the basis that they would make another album when the moment felt right.
The first single 'Man and the Moon' will be released on 9th September on digital and 7", with a particularly diverting video to be launched in August.
The band play their first show of the year at the Islington in London on Wednesday 27th July. There will be a launch party gig for the album on Saturday 17th September at the Hope and Ruin in Brighton, where the album was recorded. Gigs will feature the full line-up including Shirley Lee and Andy Lewis (who moonlights with Paul Weller's band).
