Description
In 1917 the ODJB was the first band to bring jazz to England and in 1919/20 in London they recorded the 17 sides on this collection that are regarded by many as the best recordings by the band. As a bonus there are four very rare tracks recorded in 1922/3 for OKEH Records in 1922. This CD is of great historical as well as musical interest and is being re-released with a new cover.
