La Fronterain the Middle Age was the name given to the real and metaphorical border between Christian and Arabic worlds.
Today, La Frontera is an ensemble of musicians that for twelve years have been studying intensively Mediterranean musical traditions and nourishing their repertoire: flamenco, classical Arab music, Ottoman music, Andalusian, Sephardic and original compositions.
The quartet is characterized by its original line up : accordion, guitar and flamenco voice, viola and violin, percussion creating a blend unique and unmistakable.
