    This 6-disc collection brings together recordings made between 1980 and 2018, highlighting Biret's lifelong affinity with Mozart. A child prodigy who played Mozart by ear before learning to read music, Biret famously performed the Concerto for Two Pianos with Wilhelm Kempff in a landmark 1953 concert at Paris' Theatre des Champs-Elysees, broadcast live across Europe. Despite early resistance, mentor Nadia Boulanger would go on to conduct Biret in major Mozart performances. These recordings reflect a career-long dedication to Mozart's works - from sonatas to concertos - spanning over three decades of artistry.
