Although Hank Snow made his reputation as one of Country music's greatest singer / songwriters, it shouldn't be forgotten that he was also a very handy guitar player.
Never in quite the same league as say Chet Atkins and Merle Travis, and never forsaking his acoustic guitar for electric, Hank nevertheless wielded a mean guitar pick on many of his recordings. Indeed, he can be compared with Willie Nelson who followed in his footsteps.
