    Co-signed by Huw Stephens (BBC Radio 1), Toddla T (BBC Radio 1/1Xtra), Mary Anne Hobbs (BBC 6Music), The Guardian, Evening Standard, Dazed, i-D and many more, the album is the defining point in the careers of the young duo. Recorded at the legendary Real World studios the album features the best of the new wave of UK Jazz artists and underground UK stars such as Moses Boyd, Kojey Radical, Nubya Garcia, Ruby Francis, Othasoul, Tiana Major9 and many more.


    The album is a sonic journey and fusion of stylistic influences that create the band's unique sound. Split into two balanced halves, the album begins with a Jazzier sound and feel, Crossing-over ('Xover') into the reminiscent sounds of 90s soulful hip-hop in the latter half. Intricately put together, the record shows maturity beyond their years and an appreciation for core values of both genres.


    After clocking up over 500k video views of their viral Jazz FM live session, achieving 2 playlist additions at the same station and several plaudits for a number of key live dates at Glastonbury, WOMAD, Wilderness, Jazz Cafe and many more, BLB have delivered a well-crafted album full of creativity and character, firmly establishing themselves as a key breakthrough UK act.
