Description
One of the founders of the bluegrass sound, Ralph Stanley has recorded some 170 albums and more than 30 for Rebel Records. SHINE ON is his first full album of new material in three years and his first gospel album in five years. A three time Grammy award winner, Ralph's other awards include 'Virginian Of The Year' (2004), a Lifetime Achievement Award from the North American Folk Alliance, Library Of Congress 'Living Legend' and an honorary Doctorate of Music from Lincoln Memorial University.
