This is a Limited Edition reissue of the complete original commemorative cassette sent only to subscribers of the first Recommended Records release of the first After Dinner LP ? a collection of exquisite live interpretations of the songs recorded on the band's first European tour [itself a technically innovative event in which they essentially set up a 5'1 system at every concert].
Great performances of some great songs, very well recorded - and a full LP in length. In addition, this CD contains re-mastered versions of all the Tokyo concert recordings previously included on the ReR Quarterly (Vol. 0104) in 1986 - as well as a previously unreleased song from the After Dinner 1989 European tour. It comes with full documentation, many new photographs, technical diagrams and an introduction by Haco, who oversaw the whole project. Re-mastered by Bob Drake.
