Description
The follow-up to the critically acclaimed "A Moon Daguerreotype" from the art rock ensemble from Milan, Italy. "The Cliche of Falling Leaves" is based on one single piece of music, on the basis of the symphonic poem, ruled by a narrative cyclic scheme. Sixteen musicians took part of the recording of this 43 minutes suite: from horns to clarinets, saxes, double-basses and many other classical timbers.
Goodbye, Kings became a massive rock orchestra for the occasion, enlightning all their instrumental post-rock spectrum producing a concept movie performed by contemporary dancers. Music and dance were meant to be connected and experienced together for an unique journey through seasons, memories and mysterious rooms and corridors.
