The daughter of "Cats In The Cradle" singer Harry Chapin, Jen Chapin is a New York urban folk singer/songwriter and activist with an appetite for social justice. In 2008, accompanied solely by her husband, bassist Stephan Crump, and saxophonist Chris Cheek, she created reVisions in which she reimagined a collection of Stevie Wonder songs to offer social commentary on Barack Obama's historic rise to power.
