The release of HjaltalÃn's third album comes three years after the last album Terminal, was released. 'Terminal' received widespread critical acclaim, both in Iceland and abroad selling almost ten thousand copies in Iceland alone and won Best Album at the Iceland Music Awards.
Enter 4 was recorded in the village of Garður in southwest Iceland, and in a summerhouse in the countryside. It is full of warmth and intimacy but maintains the dark and gloomy elements the band are known for.
Although hard to describe the general style of the album, as always, the music of HjaltalÃn is characterized by ambitious instrumental playing and the very special chemistry between the two singers, SigrÃður Thorlacius and Högni Egilsson.
