The new album by Steiner & Madlaina is once again a very personal one, but they really mix it up now and then with a snotty statement. Nora and Madlaina travelled with their band to the French „Black Box Studio" for nine days to record the twelve songs. All takes were recorded live and produced with Giuliano Sulzberger. „The recordings are among the best times we have experienced as a band", say Nora Steiner and Madlaina Pollina about their already third album. You can hear exactly THAT from each of the twelve songs. Does that make it the best album they have ever recorded? They leave that decision up to others. The previous album entitled „Wünsch mir Glück" charted at #2 in Switzerland and at #32 in Germany. So in the end, let's take a „risk" and say: This album would do really well at #1. Whether in Germany or Switzerland? Oh, why not in both countries?
