    One of the finest Honky-Tonk singers of his era, Faron Young was a massive Country star between the 50s and the 80s, registering more than ninety hit records. This compilation features thirty-three of his hits recorded for the Capitol label, between 1952 and 1962.

    Includes four Country & Western #1s, Joe Allison's 'Live Fast, Love Hard, Die Young', Roy Drusky's 'Alone With You', Drusky's 'Country Girl' and Willie Nelson's 'Hello Walls', the latter being Young's biggest crossover hit and first million seller.
