Formed for fun while touring as sidemen for Rick Springfield, The Squirts (Matt Bissonette - Lead vocals / bass, George Bernhardt - Guitars and Rodger Carter - Drums) turned to writing their own music and producing their own albums when their "day jobs" as touring and recording musicians (with the likes of David Lee Roth, Elton John, Ringo Starr, John Waite, John 5, ELO, etc) allowed.
Recorded on and off over the past several years, 'III' is ten tracks of both retro sounding and modern-day radio friendly POWER POP/ rock, fueled by instantly memorable sing a long choruses and massive hooks, as evidenced in songs such as the album's opener, "Gotta Believe Me Now," "Pins and Needles" and "The Other Side of Paradise."
