Legacy Code

Description

Twenty years after his debut album "FH1" (2006), Hamburg-based electro act Faderhead releases his twelfth studio album, "Legacy Code". Even after two decades filled with hits, variety remains a key element of Faderhead's music. On "Legacy Code", the exceptional Hamburg-based producer once again showcases his impressive stylistic range, combining Dark Electro, Futurepop, Trance, Synthwave and cinematic elements into a diverse yet remarkably cohesive overall work. From powerful Dark Electro club bangers such as "Lethanox" and "Nobody Hot Like You" to Futurepop/Trance tracks like "Forever This (Nothing Remains)" and atmospheric, cinematic ballads such as "If It's Only Gonna Hurt", Faderhead delivers one potential hit after another. "Legacy Code" stands out not only for its strong melodies and catchy hooks, but above all for its exceptionally powerful and detailed production. Twelve albums and 20 years into his career, Faderhead remains one of the defining and most innovative artists on the international Dark Electro scene. "Legacy Code" is a diverse, powerful and state-of-the-art Dark Electro/Cyberpunk album that consistently builds on the signature strengths of the Hamburg sound specialist.
