Description
Return of the band responsible for "Real Love" - one of the classic soul anthems of the Nineties - with a new line-up and an exceptionally strong commercial album full of potential singles.
Led by Billy Freeman - one of the original Drizabone duo - the new Drizabone Soul Family make their debut with a stunningly commercial album of radio-friendly and club grooves. The band's two principal vocalists are Anneka Johnson and Nataya, but there are five lead vocalists in all on the album, which is produced and largely cowritten by Freeman.
Stand-out tracks include the lead single "I Fell Apart", "Never Gonna Stop The Groove", "Love Me Like A Lover Should" and "Lovin' U".
There is also a brilliant new version of the band's original hit "Real Love".
