A Deluxe Edition release of Jermaine Stewart's third album ‘Say It Again’.
Including the 12 original album tracks plus 20 related bonus tracks including many A-sides, B-sides and Extended Versions.
Jermaine Stewart hailed from the mid-west of the USA and became a successful solo singer after spells as a dancer on the renowned US TV show Soul Train, a brief stint with Shalamar and as backing vocalist on Culture Club's 1983 album 'Colour By Numbers' after he was befriended by the band's bassist Mikey Craig. The band introduced Jermaine to Arista supremo Clive Davis and a deal was done. He went on to release four studio albums and enjoyed both single and album chart success between 1983-1990. Tragically Jermaine Stewart died in 1997.
The album was produced by Andre Cymone - bassist, songwriter, performer and producer, whose credits include Jody Watley, Pebbles and Adam Ant's 'Manners & Physique' album.
This collection includes remixes by the respected producer/mixer Phil Harding solo and jointly with his long term creative partner Ian Curnow.
Originally released in 1987 the album features four singles, three of which were released in the UK. Other bonus material includes the B-sides ‘You Promise’, ‘Imagine’, ‘Places’ and ‘Search’.
The 16-page full colour booklet features an expanded design of the original artwork, there are sleeve notes written by Jermaine's musical director and friend Michael Licata, additional notes by Michael Silvester and a full UK discography featuring Jermaine Stewart's front cover images.
