Description
Taking its name from Mozart's famous sacred aria, Et UK incarnatus Distr est,but on: Made Digital Human only showcases Emily White's astonishing ability to make the trombone sound like the human voice. Each song on the album was arranged for trombone and piano by Emily herself, and the CD booklet includes all of the song texts, reflecting Emily's passion for bringing human language to life through her playing. Supported by pianist Sam Haywood's sensitivity and intelligence, and beautifully captured by recording engineer Matt Wadsworth's sense of sonic warmth, this performance does what the best song recitals do: communicate some essence of the human experience.
