    Finally! The legendary Rockpalast concerts from 1978 and 1980 by Graham Parker remastered on 2 CDs and 2 DVDs in one box set.

    Graham Parker & The Rumour played a sparse and guitar-driven blues rock of the 70s, which at the same time mixed strongly with soul and rhythm and blues. Parker's rough voice in particular lent the songs their very special intensity. This music was particularly effective on stage, and Graham Parker & The Rumour quickly became one of the most popular live bands in England.

    This 2CD+2DVD set contains 2 Rockpalast concerts: The first was recorded in 1978 in the WDR studio in Cologne.

    The second is from 1980, when Graham Parker & The Rumour opened the 7th Rockpalast night at the Grugahalle in Essen. Nicky Hopkins (famous for his work with the Beatles and the Rolling Stones) was also on the piano that evening!
