Hotly tipped East-London trio Waylayers return with their new single 'Take Hold'. Future-pop awash with synths and guitars bathed in 80's sensibilities, the release follows on from their critically acclaimed debut 2013 EP 'Fault Lines' and comes backed with three exclusive videos from their seminal show at The Roundhouse in London - including a performance of their 2013 iTunes Electronic Chart #1 - 'Medicine'.
Waylayers - who consist of Harry Lee (vocals, synths), Dave Norman (bass) and Joe Andrew (guitar) - have been making waves since forming in 2012.
Their previous single 'Fault Lines' went into the US Billboard Top 100 and the iTunes Alt Top 50 and led to them being chosen as 'Band Of The Week' By Steve Lamacq on his BBC 6Music show, receiving huge support from Dermot O'Leary and Janice Long on BBC Radio 2 and led to photographer Rankin describing them as a band "on the precipice of a career about to go stratospheric" - with this new release, it looks like Waylayers are ready to take hold.
