Description
A refugee from wartime Europe, Victor Borge quickly established himself as a radio favourite through exposure on the Bing Crosby shows. He had actually arrived in America barely speaking English, but he not only quickly learnt the language, he also usedit's idiosyncrasies to create classic comedy sketches like "Phonetic Punctuation" and "Inflationary Language", included here.
In reality a highly-skilled concert pianist, the piano became a musical tool in pursuit of laughter, as this wonderful in-concert performance proves, over 76 minutes of music and comic mayhem.
