Part two of a new three-part compilation series "Pajama Party" - 30 songs from the late fifties covering rock'n'roll, blues, country and teenbeat. In the late fifties and early sixties the breadth of the music grew, with new subgenres appearing from r & b and surf. Pop "teenbeat" rock'n'roll scored particularly well with the young fans, and shortly afterwards British beat music exploded.
