The Voyage from ‘Darkness to Light’ invites you to let yourself be transported to baroque land, through pieces of chamber music and sacred music. For this album we collaborate with the soprano, Charlotte Ruby, whose tone of voice and theatricality echo our interpretation. Obviously, this project has become an original proposal: to offer the public, through the concertante pieces that we perform, a dialogue with equivalent virtuosities and sensibilities between the human voice and the instrumental voices. The album is built around the theme of metamorphosis. Throughout the works, he takes us on a nocturnal journey: from lamentation to exaltation, from night to day towards a rebirth.
