My first impression on listening to this CD of JP Alessi was that it reminded me so much of my first time in New Orleans in the early 1970s listening to the Kid Thomas Band in full flow playing .......and the excitement it gave me just listening to the band at that time. This CD gives me the same sort of excitement some 45 years later.... I highly recommend this CD, so sit back with a nice cool can of dixie and enjoy the sound of New Orleans. Brian Carrick
