Recorded at London's AIR Studios, the album saw Wilson reuniting with a stellar lineup of musicians: Guthrie Govan (guitar), Adam Holzman (keyboards), Theo Travis (flute/sax), Nick Beggs (bass/stick) & Marco Minnemann (drums).

Commercially, the album performed strongly, reaching #13 on the UK Albums Chart & landing in the top 15 across Europe - including #2 in the Netherlands, #3 in Germany, #4 in Finland, #10 in Poland, #11 in Norway & #12 in Austria.

Since the release of 'Hand.Cannot.Erase.', Wilson has continued to push creative boundaries. This special 10th anniversary edition of 'Hand.Cannot.Erase.' is presented as a double LP, pressed on neon pink & purple splatter vinyl. Housed in a gatefold sleeve, the album features brand-new half-speed remastered audio, completed in 2025 at Abbey Road Studios.
