Description
'Slow' is the debut album from Slow is the New Fast, an ensemble which formed three years ago and which is made up of young, professional musicians from the Oslo area. The ensemble is influenced by both Norwegian folk music and European contemporary classical music.
All of the music on Slow was composed by Lyder Roed, with the exception of Promenade (Bjarkli Verbeke). The album was recorded in 2017 at Hallibakken Studio, Norway.
