Nneka, who worked tirelessly over the past 10 years, has released three albums to date : Victim of Truth in 2005, No Longer At Ease in 2008, Concrete Jungle in the US market in 2010 and Soul is Heavy in 2011. In 2009 the single " Heartbeat " from the album No Longer At Ease, ranked in the top 20 in the UK and has been sampled by Rita Ora in her hit " RIP "(#1 in the UK) .
Nneka is running smoothly and continues to thrill audiences throughout the world, supporting the likes of The Roots of sides, Gnarls Barkley, Nas and Damian Marley (Distant Relatives tour).
'My Fairy Tales' in Nneka's first fully independent release. This is a concept album exploring the life and trials of the African diaspora. This project evokes the positive aspects of the relationship, the sense of responsibility towards children, the importance of culture, education and identity values. "My travels and time spent in France have influenced me in writing these songs. I did not want to focus only on the suffering of Africans, but on endurance, perseverance and gratitude that are common to all peoples of
