The LP has a sparkling mix by legendary producer/engineer Paul Tipler (Stereolab, Placebo, Julian Cope, Undertones). Expertly mastered by Anthony Chapman of Collapsed Lung and cut to get maximum clarity and volume. The tracks feature Marcus Holdaway of The High Llamas, Canadian jazz singer Chris Cummings (Marker Starling), the legend that is Clive Pig and Madrid based multi-instrumentalist Yani Martinelli. Percussion is by Jim Wallis (Modern Nature). Nick Haeffner's music is an eclectic, mix of indie pop, folk, psychedelia, prog, chamber pop and world music with the odd bit of dub thrown in. It's the sound of quirky lyrics set to ear worm melodies over crafty chord chord changes, toe tapping rhythms and trippy atmospherics.
