Guo Gan presents his trio - Rao Ying on gu zheng (Chinese zither), Lai Long Han on dizi and xiao (flutes) and himself on erhu (fiddle) - in a repertoire of classical compositions of various parts of China especially arranged for the trio.
Following the good response to his previous CDs on Felmay, 'Yue Luo' with pipa player LingLing Yu and the solo recording 'Scented Maiden', 'Jasmine' confirms that Guo Gan is not only the world's leading performer on his instrument but is also an exceptional band leader.
