  • Description

Z2 is bringing the sprawling, nearly five-decade story of genre-defining punk legends Descendents with the original graphic novel, MILO GOES TO COMICS. From a friendship forged in the 1970s to a career that helped reshape the sound, spirit and possibilities of punk, the story of DESCENDENTS/ALL is as unconventional as the band itself.Written by Bill Stevenson, Milo Aukerman and Annie Zaleski and illustrated by Ryan Dunlavey, the graphic novel traces the band's winding journey across nearly five decades of music, friendship, evolution and perseverance. More than a chronicle of records and shows, the project offers a visual portrait of the people and moments behind a band whose influence continues to reverberate across generations, culminating in the band's 30th anniversary celebration of Everything Sucks.
