The aforementioned songs, and many others, have been included on this essential 2-CD set, which compiles all of Carl Perkins' 7" singles (A & B sides) originally taped in the U.S. between 1955 and 1962 by such iconic labels as Sun, Flip, and Columbia. In addition, this collector's release contains 8 bonus tracks from the same period. The original gems presented here have been brilliantly remastered to achieve the most pristine sound. All of these sides helped to consolidate Carl Perkins as one of the great rock & roll / rockabilly pioneers.
