Like his master Niccolo Castiglioni, Stefano Gervasoni emphasizes one of the Edenic traits of childhood: an openness to oneself, to the other and to the world. For him, this innocence, which occurs naturally at first, is also a goal to be reached through music.
The program of this album focuses on the presence of the voice, that of Monica Bacelli, an internationally renowned Italian mezzo-soprano with a strong musical and stage personality, a noted interpreter of both Baroque and contemporary repertoire.
The second “Leitmotiv� is the use of electronics which, with different modalities and technological solutions, are exploited in all three works presented on this CD in order to weave a dense dialogue between the acoustic and electronic worlds.
