A troubadour from Salvador (by the sea), Dorea continues his calm and introspective approach on his second album, a folk-rock and stripped back affair that brims positivity and gives thanks to the beauty of his city, culture and people from the Northeast of Brazil.Dorea begun singing and playing guitar as a teenager and soon would start playing at bars which he did for over 10 years. Yet he decided upon a career as a labourer which put paid to his 'further' musical exploits, but he never lost sight. Fast forward to 2017, and he launched a new tribute project to MPB artist Belchior, hugely famous in Brazil. He continues the project to this day. Yet he's never stopped writing his own material.
