Swirler is the debut release from Kevin MacKenzie's band of the same name, which is redefining the boundaries between Jazz and Dance music by featuring hip hop, funk, drum & bass, and house influenced grooves alongside powerful soloing and evocative vocals.
Kevin MacKenzie was the recipient of a SAC Creative Scotland Award in 2002 and Caber Music will be releasing a new album in 2004 featuring his new band 'Vital Signs', consisting of nine jazz and celtic artists performing Kevin MacKenzie's original compositions. -
