"The Many Facets Of Roger" was originally released in 1981 and was certified Gold in America, as was the album "Unlimited" which was originally released in 1987. "The Many Facets Of Roger" also features the club classic 'So Ruff, So Tuff' and the album also made the Billboard Pop Chart peaking at No. 26 and stayed on that chart for 25 weeks. The news of Roger's death in April 1999 stunned Funk & Soul Fans around the globe as apparently he had been murdered by his older brother and song writing partner Larry Troutman, who then committed suicide, why still remains a mystery.
