Young, cute and almost unfeasibly handsome, 16 year old Rick Nelson was already a TV star via his Mom & Pop's weekly family sitcom The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet, so when he announced he was cutting his first record he could hardly fail. Ricky duly unleashed a run of million selling singles and albums, and during the late '50s he was second in popularity only to Elvis. This compilation covers his 1957/58 recordings, and features fifteen major hits including: "I'm Walking", "A Teenagers Romance", "Have I Told You Lately That I love You" and "Poor Little Fool".
Also included are his first three LPs, Ricky, Ricky Nelson and Ricky Sings Again in their entirety, alongside a number of hard to find collectors rarities.
