Sayonara Paranoia is the forthcoming 5th album from South Wales songwriter Captain Accident, rooted firmly in reggae and ska, while drawing on the rock and punk influences that have shaped his songwriting over the years. Built around traditional reggae and ska rhythms, the album moves between upbeat, faster-paced ska tracks and softer reggae moments, with infectious grooves and melodic hooks throughout. Lyrically, it explores themes of resilience, anxiety, love, heartbreak and hope.
A defining feature of the Captain Accident sound is its distinctive twin-guitar approach, alongside rich vocal harmonies and an honest, observational lyrical style.
