Ensemble minui presents a recording to expand the repertoire for mixed nonet with arrangements and original works.
In contrast to the orchestra, making music in nonet without a conductor is more genuine, transparent and direct. For their debut CD, the musicians have chosen arrangements of three romantic or veristic operas in which three women appear as central figures.
Ensemble minui instrumentation is comprised of 2 violins, viola, cello, double bass, flute, clarinet, horn and bassoon with all works edited or arranged by Stefan Potzmann.
